Val called me at work this morning to say she coughed up another piece of her tumor! Or anyway, she coughed up something unusual, of a slightly different texture than last time, about the size of a smallish pea. It’s now awaiting biopsy in a little jar filled with homemade saline.
What finer news to receive on a Friday afternoon?
First scan Monday. Don’t know whether we get results the same day or not.
Parties this weekend, interspersed with naps.

yes! i love the hairballs! i was reading about this guy who coughed up 33 hairballs. his doctors were shocked and had never heard of such a thing….its a great sign. i say we start a guiness book listing!
