Hi team,
Val’s pre-chemo blood counts today were good! Once again they just cleared the neutrophil high jump by about 50 spare cells. This means Val still doesn’t have to start the Neupagen shots. Fan-freaking-tastic.
Tomorrow we learn the results of CAT scan number two, which happened this morning and necessitated the drinking of barium at 6 a.m. Yick. Also tomorrow is chemo number five. Can you believe we’ve been on this ride for almost four months already?
Waiting on the cusp of news is one of the hardest parts. Stay tuned, and please think powerfully diminishing thoughts toward what I hope are the mere remnants of Val’s tumors.
