1. Those are damn fine peas, even if I didn’t know what bush was the pea bush. No gardener am I.

3. Aren’t those nice? My lovely, jara-like rock rose has really taken off this year, and the blue ones are Himalayan lilac. The bees love ’em.

4. I’m quite impressed by your beets, too. Mine were not successful. I think I need a watering can.

5. Bien sur, a watering can is tres important for the well-equipped garden. You should see how the weeds amongst the beets are now thriving.
