It’s crazy to have this much gumption. To realize that i could do anything. really anything any mostly upright human adult could do. anything… I didn’t see it coming but this is a lot of pressure. What should i do? I should do it all– now.
I should work on getting more work. I should work. I should write a thousand thank you notes. I should wrap a bunch of rocks to give as christmas presents. (i hope that doesn’t spoil the surprise). I should dance in the streets, i should climb the highest mountain, i should reach for the stars (after stretching first of course- i’ve already pulled 2 muscles driving my newfound gumption up the highest hill).
I have tufty hair. I have blood. I have roses in my cheeks. I will be sending updated pictures here momentarily. Oh- I should take pictures of my eyebrows!
So now that i feel so much better I have to figure out the plan. I have to make decisions and such like people not on chemo. My only job on chemo was to get through it. Get better. Now i am so much better i have to think too. This is a full-time job.
i want to go visiting. i want to run amok. i went to the gym last night and it was so much dang fun. everything still works for the most part. i’ve lost a muscle or two but i still go.
i want you all to send me your christmas lists and i will think real hard on it. and i will send you love. Probably you will just get a rock or maybe a note. probably in january or april. but that is not because i don’t love you and think you deserve stuff.
